Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages to residential and commercial delivery points in the Charlotte area.
- Ensure all deliveries are made on time while adhering to strict safety protocols.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Inspect the delivery vehicle for cleanliness and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Handle packages with care, ensuring no damage occurs during transit.
- Update the delivery tracking system accurately after every stop.
- Obey all traffic laws and maintain a clean driving record.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License and a clean driving record (no major violations).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to navigate unfamiliar routes efficiently.
- Access to a smartphone for navigation and communication purposes.
- Must pass a background check and a pre-employment drug screen.
