Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses within the assigned zone.
- Interact professionally and positively with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintenance checks.
- Load and unload packages, ensuring cargo is secure and undamaged during transit.
- Utilize handheld devices to manage delivery status and customer communication.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Report any incidents, accidents, or vehicle maintenance issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License and a clean driving record (no major violations).
- Ability to lift, push, and pull packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must have a reliable smartphone with data access for navigation and app usage.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work in varying weather conditions.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and early morning shifts as needed.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
