Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food, retail packages, and time-sensitive materials across Greater Boston
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and real-time communication via mobile app
- Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions
- Inspect and maintain vehicle cleanliness, fuel levels, and operational safety
- Adapt routes dynamically using GPS navigation to ensure timely deliveries
- Assist with inventory management and package preparation at warehouse
- Report traffic incidents or delivery challenges to dispatch team promptly
Qualifications
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery apps and communication
- Strong knowledge of Boston neighborhoods and traffic patterns
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and evenings
- Pass background check and drug screening
