Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport packages to designated addresses in the Los Angeles metropolitan area.
- Practice safe driving habits at all times, adhering to traffic laws and company safety protocols.
- Interact professionally with customers, ensuring a positive unboxing and delivery experience.
- Verify the accuracy of delivered items against the delivery manifest.
- Collect payments (if applicable) and process paperwork accurately and on time.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior.
- Report any vehicle maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately to management.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-service oriented attitude.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50-70 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills for navigating delivery apps and handling paperwork.
- Reliable transportation to and from the designated terminal or depot.
