Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport packages to residential and commercial addresses.
- Inspect vehicle daily and report any mechanical issues immediately to ensure safety compliance.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve inquiries.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, paperwork, and digital records.
- Practice safe driving habits at all times and adhere to traffic laws.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no DUIs in the last 3 years).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and digital delivery apps.
- Reliable transportation to and from the depot.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
