Responsibilities
- Deliver packages and documents to customers in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
- Ensure the accurate pickup and drop-off of all scheduled deliveries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional vehicle appearance at all times.
- Practice safe driving habits and strictly adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle package handling with care.
- Utilize mobile technology for navigation, route planning, and digital proof of delivery.
- Report any vehicle maintenance issues or accidents immediately to management.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License and a clean driving record (MVR).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable access to a smartphone and reliable personal transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy for logging hours and tracking deliveries.
