Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages within Tulsa metro area
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and GPS tracking systems
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries and route interactions
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve delivery issues proactively
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Proficiency with smartphone navigation apps (Google Maps/Waze)
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic smartphone literacy for delivery app usage
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Prior delivery or customer service experience preferred
