Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food, packages, and retail orders to customers across Seattle
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS navigation to ensure timely arrivals
- Verify order accuracy and maintain pristine condition during transit
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions and handle inquiries professionally
- Perform vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptly
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges
Qualifications
- Valid Washington State driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and navigate stairs/uneven terrain
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery apps and communication
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Pass background and motor vehicle record checks
