Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in the Oklahoma City metro area with accuracy and care.
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with clients and handling package inquiries.
- Ensure timely arrival at delivery points while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Inspect delivery vehicles for cleanliness and report any maintenance issues to management immediately.
- Sort and organize cargo in the vehicle to ensure efficient route planning and easy access.
- Obtain electronic signatures or proof of delivery for all shipments to maintain accurate records.
- Handle cash and card transactions for direct-to-consumer sales when required.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Must possess a reliable smartphone with data capabilities for navigation and order management.
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to plan efficient delivery routes.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Basic knowledge of Oklahoma City streets and traffic patterns is preferred.
