Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages and food orders across Nashville metropolitan area
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology for maximum efficiency
- Communicate delivery status updates via mobile app
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving
- Collaborate with dispatch team during peak delivery hours
Qualifications
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with clean MVR (3+ years)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and navigate stairs
- Smartphone proficiency with navigation apps
- Strong time management and punctuality skills
- Basic mechanical knowledge for vehicle troubleshooting
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
