Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A tractor-trailers on dedicated regional routes (Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Illinois)
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs
- Load/unload no-touch freight using modern terminal equipment
- Communicate proactively with dispatch and customers
- Utilize Qualcomm systems for route optimization and load tracking
- Maintain clean driving record and safety documentation
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with minimum 2 years OTR experience
- Clean MVR (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and climb trailer ladders
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Experience with electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays as needed
- Knowledge of Midwest regional routes preferred
