Responsibilities

  • Operate commercial vehicles (Class A) safely and efficiently over long distances (OTR) across the United States.
  • Ensure timely delivery of freight while strictly adhering to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, reporting any mechanical issues immediately.
  • Maintain accurate Electronic Logging Device (ELD) records and manage all cargo documentation, including bills of lading.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch, brokers, and receivers regarding delivery schedules and status updates.
  • Keep the cab and cargo area clean, organized, and secure at all times.

Qualifications

  • Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of verifiable OTR driving experience preferred.
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no major violations in the past 3 years.
  • Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination and drug screen.
