Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles on dedicated regional routes with 100% no-touch freight
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols at all times
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic preventative maintenance
- Maintain accurate electronic logs and delivery documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service during loading/unloading operations
- Communicate proactively with dispatch team regarding route progress
- Uphold company standards for on-time delivery and route efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no DUIs in past 5 years)
- Minimum 2 years recent OTR experience with dedicated routes preferred
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of California/Nevada/Arizona highway systems
- Proficiency with electronic logging devices and GPS navigation
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining team communication
