Responsibilities
- Operate Class A tractor-trailers on dedicated regional routes with consistent home time
- Ensure timely and secure delivery of freight while maintaining flawless safety records
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle documentation
- Utilize advanced GPS routing systems to optimize delivery schedules
- Communicate proactively with dispatch and clients regarding shipment status
- Adhere to all FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with logistics team to resolve delivery exceptions efficiently
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean MVR
- Minimum 2 years OTR experience with dedicated route background
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety compliance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and pass DOT physical requirements
- Proficiency in electronic logging devices (ELD) and GPS systems
- Excellent time management and route optimization skills
- Exceptional communication and customer service abilities
- Willingness to pass background check and drug screening
