Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class 8 tractor-trailers on dedicated regional routes
- Maintain electronic logs (ELD) and DOT compliance documentation
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient load management
- Deliver freight to designated locations with on-time performance
- Utilize telematics systems for route optimization and safety monitoring
- Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no major violations)
- Minimum 2 years OTR experience with dedicated route background
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Proficiency with ELD systems and GPS navigation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Flexibility for occasional overnight trips
- Must reside within 50 miles of Arlington, TX
