Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks safely and efficiently over designated routes.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Adhere strictly to all federal, state, and local regulations, including FMCSA and DOT rules.
- Secure cargo properly to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and logs.
- Provide exceptional customer service to brokers and shippers.
- Uphold the company's safety culture and represent the brand professionally.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A with a clean driving record.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
- Willingness to undergo a drug screen and background check.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Physical ability to load/unload cargo and handle various weather conditions.
