Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles on dedicated routes across the Midwest region
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate electronic logs
- Load/unload cargo using proper techniques and equipment
- Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route optimization
- Represent the company professionally at all client locations
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL or commitment to obtain one through our paid training program
- Clean driving record (no major violations in 3+ years)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety excellence
- Willingness to travel overnight 3-4 nights per week
- Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Team player with excellent communication abilities
