Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A tractor-trailers on dedicated regional routes
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic records (ELD)
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic maintenance
- Collaborate with dispatch team for on-time deliveries
- Uphold strict safety protocols and FMCSA compliance
- Build strong client relationships through professional service
- Utilize telematics systems for route optimization
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean 3-year MVR
- Minimum 2 years OTR experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Proficient in ELD systems (e.g., Omnitracs, Samsara)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and climb trailer steps
- Strong communication and time management skills
- No preventable accidents in last 12 months
- Knowledge of Nebraska/Iowa regional routes preferred
