Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently to deliver goods to designated locations.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment, ensuring proper securement.
- Maintain accurate logs and records, adhering to all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
- Interact professionally with customers and warehouse personnel to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) required.
- Must possess a clean driving record with no major violations in the last 3-5 years.
- Physically fit and able to pass a DOT physical examination.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays as needed.
