Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class 8 tractor-trailers on dedicated routes with minimal overnight stops
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations and maintain accurate electronic logs
- Inspect vehicles pre/post-trip and report maintenance issues
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient load delivery and scheduling
- Build strong client relationships through professional communication
- Utilize GPS technology for optimal route navigation
- Complete required paperwork and documentation
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with 2+ years verifiable OTR experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of FMCSA regulations and safety protocols
- Excellent time management and route optimization skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining team communication
- Flexibility for occasional weekend/holiday coverage
- Willingness to complete company-specific training programs
