As a Dedicated OTR Driver, you will be the face of our company, transporting goods safely and efficiently across the country. We pride ourselves on our customer service and are looking for drivers who take pride in their work.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks over long distances, adhering to all federal and state regulations.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation, including electronic logging devices (ELD).
- Ensure the security and proper handling of cargo during transit.
- Perform routine pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to identify and report any mechanical issues.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules and any delays.
- Uphold a professional image and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and safety culture.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A required.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable OTR driving experience.
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (MEC).
- Clean driving record with no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years.
- Ability to pass a DOT physical examination.
- Strong time management and navigation skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
