Responsibilities
- Operate commercial Class A trucks on long-haul (OTR) dedicated routes in a safe and efficient manner.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and all required paperwork.
- Deliver freight on time while maintaining a professional demeanor with customers and brokers.
- Perform basic truck maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Adhere strictly to all FMCSA regulations and company safety policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of verifiable over-the-road (OTR) driving experience.
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT physical) on file.
- Clean driving record (MVR) with no major violations or DUIs within the last 7 years.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong time management and navigation skills.
