Responsibilities
- Operate commercial Class A vehicles safely and efficiently over long-distance routes.
- Deliver freight to designated locations on or before the agreed-upon delivery times.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance and safety.
- Maintain accurate logs (ELD) and all required documentation according to FMCSA regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to shippers and receivers during loading and unloading.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (Class A) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable OTR driving experience.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy for electronic logging devices (ELD).
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel long distances.
