Responsibilities
- Safely operate company-owned modern tractors on dedicated regional routes with predictable schedules
- Maintain accurate electronic logs, trip records, and pre/post-trip inspections
- Deliver freight to designated locations while adhering to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Build strong client relationships through professional communication and timely deliveries
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize routes and address any operational challenges
- Participate in quarterly safety training and performance reviews
- Ensure secure loading/unloading of high-value freight at client facilities
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with minimum 2 years verifiable OTR experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in the past 3 years
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety compliance
- Experience with electronic logging devices (ELD) and modern fleet technology
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining professional communication standards
- Flexibility for occasional weekend/overnight trips as required by dedicated routes
