Responsibilities
- Operate Class A tractor-trailers on long-haul dedicated routes across the continental US.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections according to FMCSA standards.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and paperwork.
- Ensure cargo is loaded, secured, and protected from damage during transit.
- Adhere strictly to all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding schedules and delays.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable OTR driving experience.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
- Strong understanding of log books, cargo securement, and DOT compliance.
- Willingness to submit to a background check and drug screen.
