Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles on dedicated regional routes
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and electronic logs
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and preventive maintenance checks
- Coordinate with logistics team to ensure on-time delivery performance
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Represent Nashville Transport Solutions with professional conduct at all client sites
- Utilize telematics systems for route optimization and communication
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years OTR experience with dedicated routes preferred
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Strong time management and route navigation skills
- Excellent communication abilities and customer service mindset
- Flexibility for occasional weekend/holiday coverage
- Knowledge of hazardous materials endorsement a plus
