Responsibilities
- Operate company-provided equipment for dedicated regional routes (primarily Western US)
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic logging compliance
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs
- Ensure safe cargo handling and delivery verification
- Collaborate with dispatch for route optimization and on-time delivery
- Uphold FMCSA safety standards and company policies
- Build client relationships through professional communication
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (3+ years experience)
- Minimum 1 year OTR experience with dedicated route background
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Proficiency in electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility for occasional overnight trips
