Responsibilities
- Operate 24-26 ft box trucks for local and regional deliveries across the Greater Los Angeles area
- Maintain meticulous vehicle maintenance records and ensure DOT compliance
- Optimize delivery routes using our proprietary GPS tracking system
- Handle secure cargo transportation with proper sealing and documentation
- Build strong client relationships through professional on-time delivery execution
- Submit accurate daily delivery reports and settlement documentation
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient load planning and scheduling
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL with clean driving record (no DUIs in past 5 years)
- Minimum 2 years box truck or commercial driving experience
- Proven ability to navigate complex urban traffic patterns in metropolitan areas
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Basic mechanical aptitude for preventive maintenance troubleshooting
- Reliable personal vehicle for daily commute to distribution center
