Responsibilities
- Safe and efficient operation of company-provided equipment on dedicated regional routes
- Adherence to DOT regulations, HOS compliance, and company safety protocols
- Punctual delivery of freight to designated locations with precise documentation
- Pre-trip inspections, basic troubleshooting, and proactive maintenance reporting
- Effective communication with dispatch and customers regarding shipment status
- Maintaining clean, professional appearance and vehicle condition
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years OTR experience with dedicated route background preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading/unloading equipment
- Strong navigation skills and familiarity with electronic logging devices
- Pass background check and drug screening as per DOT requirements
- Exceptional time management and customer service skills
