Responsibilities
- Operate company-provided tractors/trailers on dedicated regional routes
- Ensure timely delivery of freight while maintaining safety compliance
- Perform daily pre/post-trip inspections and documentation
- Coordinate with dispatch for efficient route planning and load tracking
- Maintain electronic logs (ELD) and regulatory compliance
- Build strong relationships with key customers along dedicated lanes
- Report maintenance issues promptly through company systems
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (3+ years experience)
- Minimum 2 years dedicated OTR experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Strong understanding of FMCSA regulations
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible schedule including overnight trips
