Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Execute efficient multi-stop deliveries across Maricopa County
- Maintain meticulous pre/post-trip inspections and electronic logs
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Coordinate with dispatch for real-time route adjustments
- Handle specialized freight requiring temperature control or hazmat endorsement
- Provide exceptional customer service at delivery points
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (3+ years)
- 1+ year experience in night shift or overnight driving
- Current DOT medical certification
- Proficiency with ELD systems and route navigation apps
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Knowledge of Arizona highway systems and Mesa area
- Pass background check and drug screening
- HAZMAT endorsement preferred
