Responsibilities
- Safely operate company-provided tractors (2020+ models) on dedicated Pacific Northwest routes
- Adhere to strict FMCSA regulations and HOS compliance
- Complete pre/post-trip inspections and electronic logging
- Manage secure loading/unloading at customer facilities
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and bills of lading
- Communicate proactively with dispatch and customers
- Participate in quarterly safety training programs
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with minimum 2 years OTR experience
- Clean MVR (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Pass DOT physical and drug screen
- Experience with electronic logging (ELD) systems
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally
- Basic navigation skills and route familiarity
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Flexibility for occasional weekend/delayed schedules
