Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles safely on dedicated regional routes with consistent weekly home time
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs per DOT regulations
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient load planning and on-time deliveries
- Ensure proper cargo securement and assist with loading/unloading as needed
- Build strong client relationships through professional communication and service excellence
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain clean driving record
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with minimum 2 years OTR experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of Texas regional highways and regulations
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills for roadside assistance
- Flexibility for occasional overnight stays during multi-day trips
- Must reside within 50 miles of El Paso for dedicated route access
