Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A tractor-trailers for dedicated regional routes
- Maintain meticulous delivery logs and compliance documentation
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic preventative maintenance
- Build strong client relationships through professional on-time delivery
- Utilize GPS technology for efficient route planning and communication
- Adhere strictly to FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no major violations)
- Minimum 2 years OTR experience with dedicated route background
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and logbook procedures
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including overnight trips
