Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles on dedicated regional routes with 100% on-time delivery rate
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate electronic logs per DOT regulations
- Load/unload cargo using proper equipment while ensuring freight integrity throughout transit
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize routes and resolve delivery challenges proactively
- Represent Prime Logistics with professional conduct and exceptional customer service at all client sites
- Adhere strictly to HOS regulations and company safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A license with minimum 2 years verifiable OTR experience
- Clean MVR (no more than 2 moving violations in past 3 years)
- Pass DOT physical, drug screen, and background check
- Proficient in electronic logging devices (ELD) and GPS navigation systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading equipment safely
- Strong communication skills for client interactions and team coordination
- Flexibility for occasional overnight trips and weekend availability
