Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A tractor-trailers on dedicated regional routes (CA, AZ, NV)
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations and maintain meticulous logs
- Perform thorough pre/post-trip inspections and basic preventative maintenance
- Load/unload freight with precision and efficiency at client locations
- Communicate proactively with dispatch and clients regarding shipment status
- Uphold exceptional customer service standards during all interactions
- Maintain clean driving record and safety documentation
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with minimum 2 years verifiable OTR experience
- Clean MVR (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Proficiency with electronic logging devices (ELD) and GPS systems
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Flexibility to work nights/weekends as required by dedicated schedule
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
