Responsibilities
- Operate tractor-trailer units safely on dedicated regional routes
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Complete accurate pre/post-trip inspections and documentation
- Manage delivery schedules with minimal detention time
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Maintain clean, compliant vehicle appearance
- Participate in ongoing safety training programs
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean 3-year MVR
- Minimum 1 year OTR experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs regularly
- Basic knowledge of electronic logging devices
- Strong time management and route navigation skills
- Flexibility for occasional overnight stays
- No preventable accidents in past 12 months
