Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for dedicated regional routes with predictable home time
- Maintain accurate electronic logs (ELD) and comply with all FMCSA regulations
- Inspect, maintain, and report vehicle status using our preventative maintenance program
- Coordinate with dispatch team to ensure on-time delivery of high-value freight
- Utilize telematics systems to optimize routing and fuel efficiency
- Represent our brand through professional conduct and customer service excellence
- Participate in quarterly safety training and performance reviews
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A license with clean 3-year MVR
- Minimum 2 years verifiable OTR experience with dedicated routing background
- Ability to pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening
- Proficiency in ELD systems and basic GPS navigation
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
- Flexibility for occasional overnight trips and weekend work
- Basic mechanical knowledge for roadside inspections
- Must reside within 50 miles of Arlington, TX
