Responsibilities
- Operate late-model tractor-trailers for dedicated regional routes with 90%+ freight consistency
- Maintain flawless safety records and compliance with DOT/FMCSA regulations
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip inspections and document maintenance needs
- Optimize delivery schedules while maintaining exceptional customer service standards
- Utilize telematics systems for efficient routing and real-time communication
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve operational challenges proactively
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years verifiable OTR experience with clean MVR and no preventable accidents
- Valid Class A CDL with tanker/hazmat endorsements preferred
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Proficiency in electronic logging devices and route navigation systems
- Strong time management skills for efficient multi-stop deliveries
- Commitment to 4-5 day home cycles with predictable schedules
