Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles on dedicated routes with consistent schedules
- Maintain meticulous trip logs and ensure compliance with FMCSA regulations
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Deliver freight on time while prioritizing safe driving practices
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding route conditions and delivery status
- Build strong relationships with dedicated customers through professional interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with minimum 2 years OTR experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Excellent time management and route navigation skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Flexibility for occasional overnight trips and weekend availability
