Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles on dedicated OTR routes
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Perform pre-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance
- Deliver freight on time while maintaining accurate records
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Represent the company professionally at all delivery points
- Maintain electronic logs and documentation
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL required (training provided if unlicensed)
- Minimum 1 year driving experience (or willingness to train)
- Clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Basic mechanical knowledge preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Flexible schedule including overnight travel
