Responsibilities
- Operate tractor-trailers safely on dedicated regional routes between Cincinnati and Midwest distribution centers
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle logs in compliance with DOT regulations
- Load/unload freight using pallet jacks and forklifts with proper safety protocols
- Communicate with dispatch team via electronic logging devices for real-time route updates
- Ensure timely delivery of temperature-sensitive and high-value freight
- Maintain clean driving record and adhere to all company safety policies
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with minimum 2 years OTR experience
- Clean MVR and ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Proficiency with electronic logging devices and route navigation systems
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and operate basic warehouse equipment
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Flexibility for early morning start times (4:00 AM)
