Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles for long-haul routes across the Western US
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and ensure timely shipment arrivals
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Build strong client relationships through professional communication
- Optimize routes for efficiency and on-time performance
- Collaborate with dispatch team for seamless logistics coordination
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable OTR experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and pass DOT physical exam
- Strong navigation skills with familiarity with Western US routes
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility for extended overnight trips (4-6 days)
- Basic smartphone proficiency for electronic logging
