Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles for long-haul routes across the continental U.S.
- Maintain accurate logs, delivery records, and compliance with DOT regulations.
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs promptly.
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals and fuel efficiency.
- Build strong relationships with clients through professional communication and service.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with dispatch team for real-time route adjustments.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in 3 years).
- Minimum 2 years OTR experience with dedicated route background.
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements.
- Strong knowledge of federal/state transportation regulations.
- Proficiency in electronic logging devices (ELD) and GPS navigation.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
