Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A tractor-trailers on dedicated routes between Irvine, CA and Western US distribution centers
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and DOT regulations at all times
- Maintain accurate electronic logs and delivery documentation
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic preventive maintenance
- Build strong relationships with warehouse personnel and clients
- Optimize routes for timely delivery while prioritizing safety
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team regarding ETA and issues
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with minimum 2 years OTR experience
- Clean MVR (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Experience with electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Strong knowledge of Western US highway systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Flexibility to work weekends as required by delivery schedules
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
