Responsibilities
Deliver packages to customers in a safe, timely, and professional manner.Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle at all times.Interact professionally and courteously with recipients, handling questions with a smile.Verify delivery addresses and ensure packages are intact upon arrival.Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently using the company app.Update delivery status and capture proof of delivery digitally.Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols.
Qualifications
Valid Driver's License (Class D) with a clean driving record.Reliable personal vehicle suitable for delivery work.Access to a smartphone with internet capabilities for navigation and app use.Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.Strong time management skills and ability to work independently.Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a delivery vehicle.
