Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial locations in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
- Obtain signatures and verify delivery details with customers.
- Inspect vehicle daily to ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance; report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Handle packages with care to prevent damage during transit.
- Follow strict routing instructions and traffic laws to ensure safety.
- Collect payments for COD deliveries and reconcile daily reports accurately.
- Maintain a professional appearance and high level of customer service at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no DUIs in the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic computer proficiency for logging deliveries and navigating maps.
- Physical ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 70 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliable cell phone with data access.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays.
