Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles for timely package and document deliveries throughout San Diego
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS navigation to maximize efficiency
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain proper recipient signatures
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Coordinate with dispatch team for real-time route adjustments
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds consistently
- Proficient with smartphone navigation apps and route planning
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Basic knowledge of San Diego geography and traffic patterns
