Responsibilities
- Safely and timely delivery of packages, documents, and medical supplies throughout Baltimore and surrounding areas
- Load/unload vehicles efficiently while maintaining inventory accuracy
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS navigation and traffic apps
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Complete delivery logs and maintain vehicle maintenance records
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Assist with sorting and organizing packages at the distribution hub
Qualifications
- Valid Class C driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and communication
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Knowledge of Baltimore neighborhoods and major highways
- Prior delivery or logistics experience preferred but not required
