Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages and documents on strict timelines
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain recipient signatures
- Perform pre-trip inspections and report vehicle maintenance needs
- Coordinate with dispatch team for route optimization and priority deliveries
- Assist with loading/unloading packages using proper lifting techniques
- Provide exceptional customer service during all client interactions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Indiana driver's license with clean driving record (no DUIs in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shift
- Proficient with GPS navigation and smartphone technology
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Knowledge of Indianapolis metro area preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
